Welcome!

Many years ago I started a blog for family & friends when Mitchell was little. Then I joined Facebook, had 2 more kids, and that blog died a slow death. Now I'm going to attempt to start another one. I'm tired of division, I'm tired of feeling like I have to justify why I think the way I do and I also realize a lot of that last part is just part of my nature.

I have used Facebook as my scrapbook over the years, so that's what I will try to do here. I may get a little political, but I promise I will try not to. But I will get spiritual. It's called Faith in the Unseen after Hebrews 11:1, my favorite Bible Verse. This is about my family, my Cookie Wookie dog and our adventures. 

Lake Murray

We spent Sunday night in Ardmore, OK at Lake Murray Campground. We took Cookie with us and all had lots of fun. I wouldn't go as far to say that Cookie & I are eager to go camping again soon, but it wasn't totally horrible either. We had Smores, hung out with Matthew's parents and the kids enjoyed flipping themselves over in the hammock.
